This 30-minute virtual session includes a personalized Maxwell DISC assessment and live debrief focused on your communication style, leadership strengths (PowerDISC™), and practical action steps to apply right away. Perfect for professionals looking to improve team dynamics, self-awareness, or interpersonal relationships—from the comfort of your own space.
Cancellation Policy
Session Policy & Cancellation Terms Please note the following terms apply to all sessions involving a DISC assessment: 📌 Refunds: Once a DISC assessment code has been issued, it cannot be reassigned. If you cancel your session with at least 24 business hours' notice, a refund may be issued minus the $50 cost of the uniquely generated code. No refunds will be issued once the debrief session has been completed. 📌 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to three times with a minimum of 24-hour notice. After the third reschedule, a new consultation must be booked at the current consultation rate to review your results. 📌 No-Shows: Clients who do not provide notice of cancellation and miss their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show. No-shows forfeit the session and will not be eligible to reschedule without purchasing a new consultation.
